I'm a T3 user for less than 4month I spend almost 3month of it in contact with the worst customer service I seen in my whole life, I'm so fade up with there phone support (I'm wondering what language they really speaking 'cuz it's so clear it's not English!).

I have a Digitizer Problem which started after I update my T3 with the update that Palm make available in there site for all T3 users, it became so hard for me to click the Status Bar specially when I open the slider, I did everything from soft to hard reset, but even before I sync my T3 again my problem still exist.

I contacted Palm support about it via email and they flooded me with case numbers and start all over again and they just keep giving me same advices, so I called the customer support about it they just keep putting me in hold with out helping me with my problem and in the end they just throw me to Palm Canada who they agreed with me that my T3 can't be fixed and it need repair or exchange, but Palm US & Palm Canada both they don't repair for Int'l users, so they forwarded me to Palm EU and start all over again hard reset and new case ID and and and…

It's 3month now and I'm still with the same problem which took a valuable time from my life and lots of phone bills which I spend most of it on hold!

I'm in UAE now and Palm failed me as an international user, the reason why I bought Palm in the 1st place was there strong customer service, but what I found is a different story!

Here is my cases list:
* DIGITIZER PROBLEM: (KMM8495656I6774L0KM) / Sat. Feb. 14, 2004
* palmOne Support [Case ID #: 19526] / Sun. Mar. 7, 2004
* palmOne Support [Case ID #: 26088] / Th. Mar. 11, 2004

* palmOne Support [Case ID #: 47147] / Wed. Mar. 24, 2004 / Reference: 1-73203122
- I bought my T3 in Dec. 8, 2003

If some one have the voice or can help me out with my case it'll be appreciated!

A number of users (myself included) have this problem.

This app should fix it...
