how to sync T3 directly to outlook 2003?

I have installed that palm update for outlook, but how to sync the device to my outlook directly? I have configured my hotsync to do nothing with addrbook,datebook,TODOlist,Notepad, and synchronize Calendar,Contacts,Tasks,Memos. but still nothing happened betwwen outlook and T3. :(

You need to download the patch from PalmOne (www.palmone.com) that fixes up a bug that would sync between T3 and Outlook 2003.

yeah, as i've said, I have installed the patch...

First you have to install the conduit to sync with OL. Sounds like you never did that. Reinstall using the CD that came with your T3. When it asks, select sync with OL. Then the conduit will be installed. Next, apply the update from P1 BEFORE you try to sync.

oh!thanks, i remembered, first time I did this, I chose Outloook, but the software only supported outlook2002.

so,what is the difference from the conduits of PalmDesktop and PocketMirror and IntelliSync, etc?
