Help, Hot-Sync Pic's

When I hot-Sync my Z71 I get the following error:

-- Photos
- Could not copy the following record to the Handheld:
- Could not save the local database. Error Code 112a
Photos synchronization failed

Any suggestions?
What am I doing wring?
What is "Error Code 112a"?

What OS are u using and what format is the pic u are trying to sync to the 71.

The pictures are the one's taked by the Z71.
My PC operating system is XP.

NO CLUE wat this is about. Until some1 can give u a solid ans. try entering that error msg into google, and checking outwww.palmone.com/support (http://www.palmone.com/support) to see if u can find any soln on their knowledge database.

quite an old thread, but anyway, I just had that problem with my new zire 31: funny thing is that I have no problems to make the photos sync at one computer (W2K, where I first intalled the Palm desktop), but at home (WXP) I keep on getting this error. I found no help on palm/support. No signs of anything like "error 112a". I have tried with jpgs, bmps, gifs, even tiffs but they don't work, no matter the size. As i try to put a picture at the "palm desktop" i keep on getting a message like "not recognized as photo/picture format". I have also "docs to go 7" installed and I'm wondering if that has something to do with the problem.

As it works perfectly in one computer, I assume it is a problem of software/configuration at my WXP machine.
I'm very frustated no being able to load pictures from my computer at home. I hope that somebody has figured out how to solve this problem.
