I just downloaded the new version of Agendus. Truth be told, the olny function I would really use is the high-res agenda view. Does anyone know of a more simplistic program which simply features such a view. Basically a high-res + version of the built in Datebook with a small/tiny font feature.

I am not sure if this is what you want, there is Datebook 5 from Pimlico software:

Most use the DB5 app, hope it helps as I am not too familiar with all it's intricacies.

If you download the manual for DB5 you will simply be amazed at the feature list and capabilities of this software. You can use it as simply or as complex as you need to. I solely rely on this app for all my presonal and business PIM needs. Simply outstanding.

I could not use my Palm without DateBk5, it is simply the best Datebook replacement out there.

Although I would tend to call it a Datebook extender because the author has gone to a great deal of trouble to keep using the internal Datebooks database to maintain compatibility with the desktop software!

Cheers,

Bob

What I am really looking for is simply a program which would display the normal datebook view in high-res+ with a small/tiny font feature so as to allow the entire day to be viewed at once. Agendus 1 day view allows this when the todo list is minimized, however, it does not retain this view when you exit the program. (i.e. have to keep minimizing todo upon reentry) DateBk 5 is a very good program, but it does not allow a small/tiny font format in the day view, just in the week view.

A simple pictoral program like MyWeek with a one day view would be wonderful. Also, the ledger format of agendus is nice with alternating color scheme. I also like Agendus week view with small/tiny font activated. I just can't justify the memory necessary for agendus given the limited # of functions I would use.

Anyone want to write a program?
