Anyone know how to turn the sound off for the camera (without turning off system sounds)???

There should be an option to turn it off in the options menu/button. Not sure, my experience is only with the MS cam.

You can't turn the sound off completely without turning off the system sound, but you can make it much quieter without affecting the system sound. On the camera panel, select the little button that looks like a wrench. Then select shutter sound 3 and shutter volume low. This is the quietest combination of sounds.

Glad to find this out. I always wondered if there was a way. Sometimes I want to take a picture, but be quiet about it :)
