Heres a thought for you....

Now, we all know that the Treo can take (pretty awfull) pictures in most light conditions, and weve had a bit of fun like that - but does anyone know of any application that could use the camera to record short video clips - now that would be alot of fun!!

Surely the Treo has enough processing power, and its more a point of using the right codec to compress the video with when its saved to the treo?

Anyone seen anything about stuff like this - it would be cool, and finally shut the mouth of my housemate with his Nokia 6600 with rubbish little video recorder on!!

I tkae it that no-one knows of anything like this - I have been scouring all over the nest to find something like this - come on developers, surely it can't be that hard (apart from codec issues!!).

MovieRec (http://www.infinityball.com/) can do that. Still in development (check here (http://discuss.treocentral.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48486)).
