Has anyone tried the game DragonFire from Redshift? I'm interested in feedback before downloading. Can it be run fro memory stick with PowerRun?

Also, should I use the Sony HighRes version or the Palm OS5/Tungsten version on my NX?

It's a good game. It can be run from the stick without powerrun. You have to use the Palm OS5 version.

I run it using PowerRun without issues (granted I haven't had time to play it a whole lot, so I haven't had any issues _yet_). As far as which version to use, you can use either. I think the RedShift guys suggested the Clie version. I really didn't notice any performance differences between the two.

I finished DragonFire twice and can t even imagine wanting to play it again. The first couple hours are fun. Then the repetition factor sets in. It is basically the exact same combat over and over and over and over. Your only challenge is to keep doing them long enough to keep building your level so you can go on to more and more and more and more of the same. The puzzles are easy and don't really contribute much to the game. The storyline is weak. The key would be if they came out with new maps for the same engine and only charged at most a couple bucks for each one. Other than that I would have to say this was a regrettable purchase.
