Hello all,
Problem with my T3:
Almost every time I hotsync, the Hotsync Manager crashes after it's finished. (Usually when I'm reading the error log) This is a relatively new installation on a new PC (although I have quite a few conduits installed.) Consistently, it never crashes during the hotsync operation, only after it's finished. It does a successful hotsync. It's doing it almost 100% of the time now.

Here's a list of the conduits installed and enabled:

Standard (Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Memos, Notepad, VoiceMemo)
Versamail
Docs to go
Time Copy
SplashID
SplashMoney
SplashPhoto
SplashShopper
Plucker
Adobe Reader
Install
Install Service Template
Install To Card
System

I have a few others installed, but they are disabled. Also, I updated to the new HotSync Manager 4.04 from the Palm website. It was crashing before the update and it crashes after.

Has anyone else seen anything similar? Any input is greatly appreciated!

I have the exact same problem. Also, my T3 crashes as well now and I have to reset everytime.

Any of the above conduits look familiar? If one of them is, we can try uninstalling it to see if it helps. This is a significant annoyance when I am trying to use my Palm.

What version of DTG are you all using?

I know that I was having some severe issues with DTG and Adobe Reader on my handheld. Removed the Adobe Reader (it was their latest version, too... *sigh*) and I stopped having AS MANY crashes and resets (both hotsync AND handheld wise).

A thought, if you are using DTG v6x. You can disable the conduit in your hotsync. DTG v6x has the ability to read your MS Office documents directly, so just put the .XLS or .DOC file in your Card Sync window and go to town that way.

That *may* help you out. Good luck, and as always, YMMV.
