Outlook situation

Hello all,

I just got my T3!!!! Very excited. It's charging now! (Does the steady green light go off when it's fully charged?)

Here's my situation. I have Outlook XP at home on my laptop and have been using a Visor Deluxe (yes, way past time to upgrade, but what an upgrade!) and synching to Outlook. At work I have Outlook 2003 installed. I just downloaded the Outlook 2003 update from Palm. My question is this:

Will I have any difficulties going back and forth between the 2 environments and is there a specific order of machines I should Hotsync my T3 to? Home laptop first to get all my old PIM data and then work laptop or does it not matter?

The green light stays on all the time when it's in the cradle, there is no hardware indication that the T3 is fully charged
