I love my T-615's vibrating alert, as I work in a large office, where everyone stares at every electronic beep. (Mobile phones are banned, and most of the PC's have no soundcard, and the PC speaker removed.) So the silent alert thing is really useful for me. However, non of the newer Clie's seem to include this feature.

Who else uses the vibrate alarm feature? and if you don't have one, do you want one?

I use it on occasion with my T665, when I'm in a meeting, etc.

Also, I like to keep it in front pants pocket, and set the alarm to go off every 5 minutes. :o

A vibrating ring on a cellphone is vital for me but I don't see a vibrating alarm on a pda being that important

He said that his office hates when things beep...

But I doubt there'd be a workaround for any of the newer models. Mainly because there are no extra batteries for sale and a vibrating MS seems kind of silly.
