Synchronization Repeating Itself

I am using lotus notes 6.5 and Intellisync 5.3 retail. The problem I am having is when I syncronize my Palm Tungsten E, some (not all) items on my todo list will synchronize, but the description part will repeat itself until the item has reached it's maxium length. This has left me with multiple items on my todo list that are full but with repeating paragraphs.

So it'd end up looking like tihs
