T2 Problems W/ Photos Features And Excel Documents

I'M HAVING PROBLEMS TO LAUNCH MY PHOTOS APPLICATION AND TO SEE MY EXCEL DOCUMENTS AND DON'T KNOW WHAT 2DO! PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Could you explain a little bit what is your problem ??

I cannot start Excel (Documents 2 Go) the message displayed is FATAL ERROR and it requires to reset the Palm (soft)
and with PHOTOS it says that is missing files to launch the app
I don´t know what 2 do and my Palm is new please help me :)

Your problem sounds pretty bad.. I don't see other solutions than doing a hard reset and then reinstalling Palm Desktop with a new user and then Docs to go.

Perhaps someone has another solution, but if there are missing files to start a certain application(such as Photos), you have to reinstall the whole application, and I think, by my knowledge, that the only way to reinstall the application "Photos" is to reinstall Palm Desktop(I had to do these steps a few weeks ago with my T2 and I didn't have any problem since then).

Are you using a word complete app like TextPlus? If so then you need to disable it for VersaMail.

Versamail should be loaded up 'after' Docs to go and any photo viewer that you are using. Try reloading VersaMail.

All else fails you can try deleting 'Unsaved Preferences' which usually works. There are several posts on this forum and over at Brighthand that you could do a search for. These explain the problem and solutions in more detail. Good luck.
