IP Address Assigned for T3

Since there's no way to search for "IP address" (IP is too short), I'm sorry if this is a question already asked before.<P>
When using Bluetooth to connect to the net (no matter via a BT phone, or a PC via BT), how can we know the IP address that's been assigned to the T3? Any comments will be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

I don't know if this helps, but when I connect the the net using my cell phone, I have it set so that my T3 automatically gets an IP address.

Conversely, when connected to the PC, I have it specifically assigned an IP address (though this is just so that it plays nicely with my firewall). I think it should work either way.

Go to the Network preference pane, go to the menu and "View Log"

From there, you can even type "ping 1.2.3.4" and hit return... very neat!
