Was playing on the T3 last night, everything ok. This morning it didn't turn on. Tried hot synch, nothing. Black screen. Tried soft, then hard rest. Won't even turn on! IR and BT are off, battery was at 80% last night, keylock activated. T3's in cradle, charging just in case battery died. Any suggestions? My SJ22 never did this. Don't have a clue.

God willing it was just a power issue. Be sure when you are charging it that the green light stays on.. very little movement can turn it right off.

It must remain in the charger for a little while if the battery is run down. Can be caused by software related issues and not the T3 itself. Then again, any device can break down internally.
As Clieman states, the green light must be on to charge!
Many Clie users have had similar issues, so it's not just the T3.

Have you tried a reset while it is in the cradle? Try that and see if that helps!

Nope, none of that worked. T3 still dead. Sigh... Just pulled out my SJ22 to synch that up, and that caused me to have to hard reset the clie a couple of times. How do I transfer my stuff over to my sj22 with it being os4.1? It's been a verrrry bad day for me. thanks again

My sj22 is okay now. My T3 isn't. It goes back and I'll look for something else. Right now Sony doen't have what I want-- fast cpu, lots of memory, and no camera. Any suggestions?

Despite your troubles, it seems your best bet is the T3.
No manufacturer produces flawless products. It may be difficult, but I would suggest you give the T3 another chance. There's an awful lot of happy T3 owners about.

It does sound like your T3 is defective. Give Palm a call and either get it repaired or do the advanced exchange (costs $40).
