T615C hard reset

I am having a whale of a time getting my T615C to reset. Can someone explain how to do it correctly?? Maybe I am doing it wrong. I am trying to get my HotSync to register a different User name (where all my files are), but I accidently selected the wrong name for Documents to Go! Now, each time I am reseting soft reseting it still takes me to the old User name....where my files are absent. I am new to all this, so any information is great.

When you HotSync after a hard reset, the Palm Desktop for Clie will ask which user name to use so you just pick the right one. You can also force it to go to only one username by going to the Palm Desktop for Clie and delete the other username out of the list.
