Hi All,
Has anyone tried or been successful at pairing a bluetooth headset with the T3? I'm wanting to listen to my Audible books and also use BT with my non-BT phone by buying either a Jabra or comparable set that comes with a multi-adapter of some sort. Is this possible, or, is the T3 incapable of pairing with a headset for listening to music or Audible content? Thanks in advance for any insights.

Hi,
I don't think that you will have any luck. There is no BT-Headset profile available on the T3.

I have the Nokia BT headset for my 6310i and wanted to use it with my T3 as well. I have had no luck in pairing them so I don't believe there is a profile in the T3.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry to hear that it hasn't been done yet, but wondering how I could get a developer to take a look see. Seems like a natural - listening to books, music, or memos on the run would be very handy. I'm glad I found out that it couldn't be done before I bought the Jabra headset.

It can't be done with your T3. I've tried it with my T2 and it doesn't work. However, even if you could, you don't... the quality of the audio is terrible. I've tried it with my BT-enabled notebook and WinAMP and even the notebook-speakers give a better sound...

Understood. What I most wanted was to listen to my Audible books - didn't really care too much about the music stuff. Oh well, a man can dream...
