Hot Sync hanging with Serial connection

I don't know why, but this is the first time this did this. Yesterday, all was working fine. Today, I tried to sync with my work PC.

Can anyone offer suggestions as to how to correct this?

My wife's just did that yesterday and I just rebooted the computer and it worked again. My TE has done that couple of times. I think it is a problem with the HS manager. A quick restart is all you need
