Ok, so I know i'm missing something easy. I have a NX70V right now it has the previous owners name on the hotsync screen. I wnat to change it to the new owners name without erasing the whole thing and starting over. I have done this one in the past, but for the like of me I can't remember how to do it again.
I thought the computer would over write the name, but now in the palm desktop software, I have 2 users the old one and the new one
