I didn't check over the weekend, but it appears that they are done with it. I didn't see a new free eBook today either.:(

A question. Why would I give PDM a whole lot of personal info, including a credit card #, to download books that have been freely available at sites like Memoware for a long time?

That is a question you need to answer for yourself. I have purchased dozens of eBooks from them, so it is not bother to me.

I dislike that as well Lanman, espically as fictionwise does it better, you can sign up without a credit card number to get the free books they sometimes offer.
