Glitch/flaw in photo app timestamp

This was mentioned in another forum. Apparently, when taking a picture with the Zire 71, the timestamp of the picture will show a time of 5 hours later than the actual time. This happens regardless of the time zone you've set on the Palm.

But judging by posts and replies on another forum on this glitch, it is happening to some units.

I just checked this on mine, and it is saving the correct times for photos.

I have had my Z71 since May.

Check the times shown on the list view on your Palm Desktop Photo App; bet your times are +5 hours.

Never noticed a problem... the photos have always had the correct date/time.
