There's a game called snowboard bob, it's cool, made by ellams software, dunno a link, just search for it at palmgear

You may want to try the SnowboarderX part of Xtreme Snowboarding at www.crimsonfire.com I know it's not the same (snowboard vs. ski's), but it's along the same line.
