Beaming Problems

I have a Zire 21 that won't pick up a beam from my Sony Clie (also Palm Powered). I've already gone to the Prefs menu under General / Power menu to confirm that beam receive is on.

My Sony tries to send but the Zire doesn't react.

Please help if you can. Thanks!

Try to do a soft reset and try again. Usually a certain app messes up the IR.

It still doesn't work. It doesn't make any sense to me. Any other suggestions?
