Have to reset after every synch

My problem is actually with the Zire 21, but this board seems to get more traffic.

My problem is that after every Hotsynch, it tells me to reset (not the hard reset, but reboot) the Palm as if I synched it for the very first time.

This probably doesn't help you, but I don't remember having to reboot/reset after the very first synch. The Palm/Zire banner was displayed when I turned it on for the first time after the very first charge, but that was the initial bootup and it was on its own.

Sounds more like some kind of conflict with an application you might have installed. This happened to me once with a program I installed on an expansion card. It would crash and I had to reboot every time until I uninstalled it and loaded into the Palm RAM instead.
