WORDSMITH not transfering?

I transfered a .doc file over to the wordsmith file and it worked fine, however any other word file i transfer over has an error during the sync. The file that worked fine was a file sent to me from another computer. So I am assuming something is wrong with my WORD OFFICE on my computer....And it does say that something is wrong in the dialog box

Unable to transfer Answer Questions to Palm organizer (5)
(Error communicating with Word - Word installation may be corrupt)

but I do not know how to fix it. Anyone has any ideas what the problem is? I uninstalled and reinstalled, but no luck.
Quickoffice worked fine transfering, but I like the autoscroll in wordsmith....cool feature......

Try a soft reset,that fixes most everything(i have done it about 80 times!)
