Hotsync Interruption

Whenever I try to hotsync my TE, I get an error saying that the hotsync was interrupted and an application was not responding. This seemed to happen right after I enabled VersaMail's sync. Does anyone know of how to fix this besides disabling VersaMail - AND does anyone know how to successfully sync w/ VersaMail and Eudora 6?
