hello to all, im rather new to these forums, so first off id like to say hello to everyone.

well i made the switch to the t3 - mainly because i couldn't wait to get completely bluetoothed. i can surf the web perfectly, even receive email perfectly, but i can't seem to send them all that easily. often times i have to perform a soft reset for the handheld to properly communicate with the outgoing mail server. i haven't installed any third party applications for email, and i've triple checked the settings and everythings correct. somedays it works fine, usually the first 3 emails i send out, but after that, i have to perform a soft reset. i was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and found a solution, or found out what was wrong. palm is giving me the old song dance about resets.

thanks for all your help.

miguel

Try searching the string "versamail" in the Search button of this forum... you'll see threads to each and all of the different issues caused by or related to VersaMail.

I have managed to send/receive e-mails with mine (yahoo allows sending), but I cannot sync with Outlook Express (triple checks everywhere, though), and the forum search was some help.

What are you using for a SMTP? You may need to use the one your carrier uses.
