Installing Directly to Card

Is it possible to install directly to the card? I have a friend that owns a Tungsten E (internet friend so haven't seen her problem in person) and cannot install apps directly to card. This is bad as we are nursing students and many of the medical apps are very large.

Any help is appreciated.

You can install directly to the card, just use "quick install", and drag files to the card window. If you have large files, it might be better to use a card reader, and put the files directly on the card from the PC. Doing a hotsync to get large files on a card (e.g. MP3 files) can take ages.

A separate card reader/writer is the only way to go. I tried a 3M mp3 file and it takes ~ 5 minutes via "quick install" vice 10 seconds with the reader/writer...
