Sound support will work only on few games due to PalmOS system limitation, in fact any functions called by the sound callback must be in the first segment which is limited to 64k, and all the required stuffs are more than 100k :(

I have tested DOTT and PC V1/V2 games (zak, maniac)
only scumm games will work
