T615 Wont charge or HotSync

Trying to fix a friend's T615. It won't charge or sync. Anyone have the same problem.? Any solutions?:confused: Oh, it's not the cradle. Because other T615s charge just fine.

Try a soft reset. Sometimes, one of your apps is accessing the hotsync port, preventing it from hotsyncing.

Check the Sony Clie customer support site. There are a whole series of steps to try.

As an FYI, I had a similar problem and it ended up being a mechanical issue with the PDA. So if none of this works, contact Technical Support and they should be able to help.

I am having the same problem on my T615: cannot recharge, cannot hotsync. I wonder if anybody has solved the problem, before contacting Sony technical support.

I have a similar problem. My cradle will hotsyn but it will not charge my handheld. My handheld wont stay on in cradle although I have the box checked to make it do so. Please help
