HI THERE I JUST BOUGHT A Palm pilot zire 71 and when i just had finished my first synch it just freeze my scrren and just says pal powered now i can use it, can you help me

Extend the PDA, (So it shows the camera) and push a paperclip into a hole on the back, by it it says "RESET"
