Shopping Centres in UK

I shall be going to the UK for a few days, London to be exact.

Where can I find good, reputable shopping centres with good deals for a Clie?

Maybe once there, I might buy YOU and me a X'mas present! ;)

I'm not in the London area, but I doubt whether you can find any good deals in the high street shops. Their prices are considerable higher, and they do not always have the latest models. It's much better to buy online. In the UK, Dabs.com, Amazon.co.uk, and Expansys.com have the best prices. I don't know how they handle international shipping.

Check out Tottenham Court Road.....loadsa stuff. Apparently, the John Lewis chain of departments stores have a good deal of pda stuf also (ther is one on Oxford street which turns off Tott crt rd...

John Lewis do have a full range of PDAs, and a few accessories. Generally,however, you will find that they charge the recommended retail price. The benefit of buying from them is that they give a 2 year guarantee on all PDAs, but you would need to check if it would be valid for Malta as a British colony or if it's just UK.

Tottenham Court Road is worth a look, there can be deals to be had, but you need to be very careful about something advertised as being a great deal, also you should be prepared to haggle.

I would suggest checking out www.expansys.com first (UK store) as their prices are usually around the cheapest to be found in the UK. If you can find anything around those prices on Tottenham Court Road, then you know you've got a good deal.

Oddly, the January sales usually start the day after Christmas now, but are still known as January sales. If you're over in early January you may still get a bargain.

funnily enough, expansys still has the t665 - prices at 300 sterling! When the TJ35 is cheaper at the same store!

Well, at least they have the TJ35. I've seen on the website of the biggest supermarket in the UK (Tesco) a few PDA's on offer:
they had the S300 for £275 (that's one with black and white low res, running OS3.5) and the T652, for £375! It's abosulutely ridiculous that they still sell these units for these prices.

Just goes to show - Tesco should stick to selling groceries.
