Where do I find s360 battery??

The battery on my s360 ran down...all the way down. I think I need a new one. Does anyone know where I can buy one? I have looked a lot of places but without any luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

You don't replace the internal batery. Charge the PDA for at least 4 hours before using it again.

Thanks for the reply, but my battery is way gone. I have charged it for days and days but have gotten nowhere. Sometimes after it has charged I turn it on and gives a message that asks whether I want to delete all info or not. I press a button and then the Palm OS screen pops up quickly and then disappears. I am assuming the battery barely holds any charge. Any ideas now? Thanks...

It sounds like you have either a bad battery or a bad charger. Do the following to pinpoint the cause: Plug the S360 into the charger, turn the PDA on and see if you can use it. If you can, then the battery is not holding the charge and need to be replaced. If the device does not work (with the charger plugged in) then you have either a bad charger or the SJ360 power circuit is no good. Borrow another S360 charger and charge the device again to see if the battery holds charge. If it's still under warranty contact Sony as soon as poosible.
