I lost my Tungsten T3's screws. I called palm tech support and they told me that if I would like to have it repaired; I have to pay $125. Two screws are cost $125, PalmOne knows how to rip off its customers. If you have similar issues this is the number you should contact - 1-847-493-7256.

I read somewhere that if you can find a assortment of small eye glass screws there should be a few that will fit in the kit.
You will probably have to buy 2 kits though if you want to change all 4 screws.
Sure alot cheaper then $125.00 for 2...

Hmmmmn. Looks like you're "SCREWed".
(sorry - couldn't resist)
I noticed the other day I'm missing a screw too. Did they forget to tighten them at the factory?

I called Palm's customer service, but they refused to fix or replace those screws; unless I pay $125.

This is clearly a design-flaw and PalmOne should acknowledge the problem as such and offer to fix it. I have set up a petition online to try to get PalmOne to do just that. Please read and sign the petition here:
