Kinoma 2.0.4 and crash

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on this as I've checked threads and there's no other such reports of the problem I'm getting.

I just downloaded Kinoma 2.0.4 and installed it in RAM and then downloaded a few 2000kbps trailers to test it out, which I've loaded into the Palm/Programs/Kinoma folder.

I'm getting crashes with "Fatal Error" such as below:

T3 ... runs all way through then crashes as it get to credits
Finding Nemo ... about 40 secs into the trailer same crash.
Mission Impossible 2 ... about 30 secs at "agent located" section same crash.

I have about 24Meg RAM free and 71Meg free on the SD card. THe crash happens in Landscape (with slider open) and in portrait (slider closed).

Bit disappointing .. just wondering if anyone has a recommendation about resolving this. Or is it just because the conversions are not too good?

I have the same problem.

Nemo looked so good and then it crashed.
I have plenty of memory and 2.04. (T3)

Don't have any answers for your problem but, where are you downloading these trailer from?

I'm now assuming it's the conversion of the files.

I tried a "medium" version of the Nemo and it works okay as does the medium Lord of the Rings Return of the King.

Very impressive demonstration of the power of the T3!

It's the conversion allright. Other High res trailer of Nemo worked fine.

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, I do not think I can do anything about this. I was having the same problem with Mission Impossible 2 (MI-2) on high quality but not on medium quality. In addition, every time I tried to convert MI-2, again, it suffered the same problem. It sounds like something internal to Kinoma, but I will try to find out something for sure.

Hi, tried 2000kbps .ver for Finding Nemo, earth surface n The light,
Looney Tunes, Shrek 2 - no problems. Quite close to Clie NX70 and really very good.
However T3 crashed at the end , Finding Nemo 3.7trillion -freezed just shorthly after starting...
BTW, my Kinoma is PXA clocked at 588MHz.
Will try others which I downloaded soon.

Tried more at 2000kbps - Matrix, 2fast2furious, Peter Pan -New,
Matrix, Two Towers, Return of the king. All working perfectly.
Hence only F.Nemo-3.7trillion and T3 had problems.
