I'm looking for a program that will allow me to set appointments on multiple (Palm OS) PDAs...
For instance, I would like to put together a yearly (or monthly) calendar and then be able to have everyone at work be able to add all of the meeting dates, paperwork deadlines, etc. in one step. Everyone's using a different type of PDA, but we all have Palm Desktop, and everyone is on the network.
Any help would be appreciated.
We have MSExchange Server set up in our office. I have a couple of public folders with calendars available for everyone to use and coordinate different departmental or company-wide events. I can see it in Outlook and use Desktop-To-Go to HotSync my calendar(s) to my CLie. I have my Personal Calendar set up as my Primary, and use the compny Master Calendar as the seconday. I can see everything I need. (I had to categorize all of the Public calendar data the same so I could separate it from my own data). With that method, you should be able to cover the majority of your users.
Hope this helps.

I use a program called DualDate by Palm Inc - its free. It allows you to have a second calendar. The only problem for you might be that the only way to distribute the calendar and update it is via IR port. If there wasnt frequent changes in the calendar it would work great, otherwise you would have to IR everyone in the office updates at meetings. If your interested email me and I will send it to you, I dont even have a clue where I got it.
aaron: do you know if its supported on OS5. This would be great to extend my calendar even further and be able to have my wife's cal available to me too!
btw, you can dl it here: http://www.palm.com/support/dualdate/
I haven't dl'd it yet, but when i get a free moment....
thanks for the info.

If you have a separate userid for all these common appontments, you can make up a PDB to distribute and add them in. THat's how things like 2003 USA Holidays v1.1 at freewarepalm work.

Thanks for the help everyone!
Serotta, how difficult would it be to make a PDB? Is there a program I could download?
