The lower half of the screen can't be calibrated properly. I have to tap a few mm lower to get a response.
A solution seems to be to calibrate the digitizer by tapping a few mm above the centre of the calibration circles in the lower left corner. Does anyone else have this problem?
Just checked my TE. The OS digitizer recognizes stylus tap in the center of the "bullseye".
Sorry to hear of your problem. Try DigiMe and see if that helps.

My TE will recognise the centre of the bullseye, but in that case I get the problem in the lower part of the screen. I did send a message to Palmone support, I'll wait for their response.

Palmone support was not extremely helpful. On my first e-mail, they advised to do a hard reset, even though I had explained that a hard reset did not work. After that they came back with a message that it was a hardware problem. I'll try the DigiMe program, and if that does not work, I might return my TE.

I was having some strange digitizer problems with mine until I realized it was because of the screen protector. I peeled it off, reapplied it, and now it's fine. You might want to check that if you have one on your E.

It's not because of a screen protector, since I didn't have one on. It seems to be a hardware problem. I did send my TE back, and I was promised a refund (but I 'm still waiting; the retailer is a bit slow in testing the unit).
