I'm about to give up! I did 2 hard resets, renamed my backup folder, downloaded fresh ver of DateBK AND the fixes from Pimlico site, but it still won't expand to full screen. No apps on PC or on Handheld except DateBK5. What else can I try!!

Sorry if you've done these but your mail is a bit terse:
- Did you install the two special T3 files in the DB5 zip? They are actually in a zip within the zip. These two .prc files are needed for 320x480 operation.
- You have installed the beta release, I believe it is "sE" at this time but may have moved on to "sF" or later. The standard DB5 release, even the latest non-beta release, will not support the T3's larger screen.

Patrick, it has been working for past 3 weeks or so. I downloaded the version and the sf fix that is currently on their site. See below from their site. Again, I did 2 hard resets, and I have no other app on my pc or on my t3.

Download current version as ZIP. If you don't know how to handle zip files, download the Windows EXE version. Tap on Download & Install Instructions for assistance. This version provides a 45-day free trial for new users, or the upgrade for currently registered users.
Tungsten T3/TE, Clie UX-50, Treo600 or Garmin iQue3600? Download this sF Interim Preview for support of these new device's features. You MUST use this version with the new UX-50!

You may have a corrupt preferences database Delete the file Datebk5DB and try again. This should also solve the problem you posted about in the other thread.

I have done 3 hard resets, started with empty backup folder, and downloaded 2 fresh versions with fix. Initially I couldnlt get it to expand to expanded screen. That is fixed. Now I can't enter any "New" appts...just get fatal alert message. Also, synch hangs when synching Calendar. Will never synch calendar. Should I just un-install sofgtware, ugh?

i don't really have any technical know-how, but i had trouble reinstalling datebk5 after i did the t3 update. i think i deleted the saved and unsaved prefs on the palm and it worked after that. i know you said you have performed a hard reset, but maybe try deleting those again anyway???
just a thought.
