Hey for all you guys/gals who are looking, or waiting for a metal case to come out I have pasted a link to a guy who is selling them on ebay...
He has about 6 different auctions going on right now for the long awaited cases.
Why are we still waiting for our pre-orders???

Why not just order the case from Brando? $32 + $3 for shipping anywhere.

Also, their advertisement shows an actual T3 in the case.

Well they were and possibly still are not available as of yet.
I am not sure which it is.
I do know that when they first offered this case they said that delivery was late November like the rest of the companies that presented them to the public.
Brando is just reselling these for InnoPocket.
You could purchase them directly form them, but I think they were selling them for a bit higher amount...
Doesn't make since why they would sell them for more then a reveler would???

Brando is shipping them as of two days ago. I saw that the bold print that stated shipping mid-late Nov. had been removed, so I called and verified.

Well I dont know if I would purchase anything form Brando again...
I have been going around and around on a leather case for the past month now.
They sent me out the wrong case.
I brought it to their attention and they graciously offered to send me out the correct one at no charge.
Well I received the replacement case and they yet again sent me out the wrong case.
Now they say they will send me out the correct case and that I should send the wrong one back...
I have no problem with this as long as I first receive the correct one, and they pick up the cost to ship the wrong one back.
It is not my error that brought the incorrect case to my door, why I should have to incur the charges to send it back.
By the time they finally get the right case to me, I wont need this case...
I bought this case to hold me over until I got my metal one that I ordered from Proporta.
I am probably going to receive the metal case before I do the correct leather one.

The Brando metal case is $32.00 plus there wasn't any shipping fee when I ordered.

Well they offered this case a few weeks after Proporta did.
Proporta has been taking pre orders for over 2 month now.
They actually sent out neoprene cases to hold their pre order customers over at no extra charge.
Good customer care support on that one.
Brando offered it a few weeks after so I had already pre ordered it through Proporta.
I can wait and am happy to support a company with such a customer care intention.

I phoned Proporta yesterday (as I'm in the UK and they are). They have received their first batch of 150 units and will be shipping them out this week I believe. Due for 2nd batch to complete the rest of the pre-orders next week.

So depends when you ordered ... if it's two months ago you'll probably be on the first batch. I think I'm on the 2nd :(

But either way not long to wait now.

GREAT thank you for the info.
I am looking forward to it.
Hope I am not disappointed in the case!!!
I wonder how long it might take to get to me in the northeastern part of the states form England???
Oh well I waited this long a few more days I guess I can wait.
Watch the "correct" leather case will arrive along with the metal case at the same time...
Well guess I need to make a place on my shelve for the leather case upon its arrival.

Do you know if the proporta has a belt clip like the innopocket ?

No I am not sure but I should have it within a week so I will post my findings.
Personally I hope it does not.
OR if it does that there is a way to remove it.
I really never liked walking around with a batman looking belt.
Between a pager phone PDA all I need it a retractable rope, and a boomer rang.

Oh but if you want I think you should follow this link to a collection of e-Bay sellers who are selling the various versions of the metal case.
I saw a few with belt clips on them or at least in the picture describing it.
They appear to be cheaper then the ones that I have seen them for.

Nothing yet :( not even a peep from Proporta that it's on the way or when I can expect it. Will probably need to mail them again to find out.
