Dear all, does anybody know about some utility that can measure the time the T3 is on?
I know there are some freeware utils like Uptime that log the time from last reset, but that is not my point: I just want to measure the total accumulated time that my Palm is on.
My purpose is to control battery discharge times.
Thanks in advance for some hint you may give.

You might try Appstats, not exactly what your're looking for but it keeps track of the time and uses for applications and creates a total, and you can also export the results to the memopad and clear the DB.
So you could charge up, reset appstats db and go, when you recharge just export data to memopad for analysis and reset the DB again.
With this data if you were so inclined you could probably create a nice analysis because your since applications consume different amounts of juice it's really your application useage profile that determines how long your battery lasts, of course assuming other things are constant like brightness, bluetooth, and IR etc...

I am currently trying BatteryGraph (it seems to work OK on my T3) and it looks like it will do the trick. Will give a try to Appstats as soon as possible and compare.
Thanks for your help.

The program Wassup also has a nice feature that keeps track of how long your PDA is on. Just use the Device Info icon. It will display your battery, and how long it's been in use between charges. Also shows your memory in RAM or Card.

Battery graph works fine on the T3. I have been using it for the past month without any problems.

Battery Graph has been on my T1, my T2 and now my T3 since last month when the T3 came out. NO problems PERIOD!

I have had a problem with BatteryGraph v1.21 but you can avoid it.
I didn´t set a limit for the database in preferences so the db growths over 1MB. By trying to delete the db from BatteryGraph´s menu the T3 hangs and has to be resetted.
After that i wasn´t able to access ANY filemanager! Think the db was corrupt. Nothing but a hard-reset helps.
Since then i limit the db and all is fine.

Errrr I keep getting these "unbalanced on and off times" error I suppose if one soft resets too many times. Also if you like to have it "On while in the cradle" then your On times are misleading if you are using this to gauge battery life.

In Preferences, you can set it to 'detect new charge when connected to charger'. Provided the unit is off when you place it in the cradle, this will reset the timer which will start from zero when you remove it and startup.
I have been getting the 'unbalanced on/off' thing of late. I attributed it to the power saving function in Bttoggle, where I have the center button of the 5-way as the power-on button with everything else disabled. Sometimes I have to press several times and mess around with it to get it to turn on...if you get my drift....oops, used the D-word, when you are a T|T user, you dont use that word lightly!! LOL
