Last night I finally received my Vaja fliptop case that I preordered about 3 weeks ago, and I must say, it is an excellent product. The workmanship is superb and it's lightweight yet durable. While the price is rather steep, I think it's definitely worth it to protect my much greater investement in my T3. Also, you ARE able to Hotsync using the Palm Universal Cradle with this case still on.
It holds my device very snugly and I'm glad it doesn't add too much thickness to where it would be uncomfortable in a pant pocket (in contrast to the Sony leather case I used to have for my Clie). The magnetic enclosure is very secure and I have no trouble extending the T3 while in the case. As you can see on the product website, the hardbutton cutout is very convienant as well. Overall, I'd absolutely reccomend this product to anyone with a T3 who's willing to lay down the green.

Great to know I would post the link if you want people/newbee's to know what you are describing.
Is it a side opener, or flip top?
Thanks

In the lower center part of the screen there appears to be a bluish light circle around a icon.
What is that???

The T3 in the picture is obviously running a Launcher program like Silverscreen or ZLauncher.

By the way for all you T3 users out there. I ordered the 918 Vaja Case for Palm Tungsten T3 (http://www.vajacases.com/vaja/catalogo.nsf/htmlmedia/918_comb/$file/vchocolate_latte.jpg) and it turns out I accidentally ordered the wrong color!?! Argh!
It has the 2 SD slots, snap closure, with Ultra clip. Vaja wont let me return it cause I had embossing done on it. So if anyone is interested in a 918 case brand new, not used for only $70 ($110 retail. Thats $40 off!) please email me mailto:earthling_24601@yahoo.com

In regards to the magnetics, the box insert thoroughly warns you not to store credit cards, floppys, etc. near it due to risk of data loss/corruption. Therefore, I wouldn't reccommend storing the magnetic enclosure version in a purse...

Vaja used to be my favor case, the cutting/design is excellent but the leather surface easy to get water stain and need often polish to keep it shine :(

What you're talking about looks like it's just a background image.

Doesn't to me!
But I could be wrong.

Actually, if you look closely, it looks like a large V (probably for Vaja) and the white icon frame is overlapping it...

Well maybe but it looks round to me not like a "V".
Not a big deal I just ws interested in what how that was.
Is there software out that one can highlight specific app's with???
Would be of interest to me.
That's all.

I had my name embossed on the inside. Follow this link for a better description and a picture of what it would look like from Vaja http://www.vajacases.com/vaja/catalogo.nsf/htmlmedia/921_images/$file/name.jpg

What kind of polish should I use on it? Kiwi? I don't know of it matters, but I ordered an all black flavor.

Yes, that's what I use with my Vaja. It'll at least help to keep stains (water marks) manageable on a Vaja. Use the wax/paste type. I am now using the E&B case for my T3 which is gorgeous and the Napa leather is really supple and nice to hold. The SD slots are located behind the callcard slot which is good as it is hidden and will not let the SD touch your screen.

No more Vaja for me as I think they are getting overpriced. I have had 4 Vajas including the last one for my iPOD. Eversince I got an Extreme Limit case for my NZ90 and the E&B for my T3, I realized there are really very nice leather cases out there that cost half the price.

How secure is the E&B T3 Slipper case though? It doesn't look too tight, and the fliptop should have a pretty strong magnet because it looks rather thin.

Is pretty strong, I hold the EB case for T T|3 before.
But my Piel Frama magnet is very strong :D

It is pretty stong and the slip in has two button size velcro which will hold the unit well. You'll never need to remove it from the case to HotSync so the velcro works as I see it as a permanent feature.

Never liked their sound every time I remove them so I'm happy in this instance :)

The only complaint to EBCases is the leather too soft http://1000smilies.com/animated/winking.gif
