Few questions:

1) Is it the same as the Palm Desktop 4.1 version except with the Clie specific interface.
2) Will it work with earlier Clies (the web site says only for NX, but on the other hand it enables using the NX with earlier Clies).
3) Is there any compelling reason to upgrade, if you don't have a NX with the hotsync problems it is supposed to fix.
