hello,
i am going to order a T3 today, could you be nice a help me out

1.when something is attached to emails lets say jpg,doc or
something in a wild format palm cant handle natively, is it possible to look at ,store it and "give" it to desktop pc via BT or Sync ? and are there "unlimited" amounts and big sized Email attaches possible ?
2.how long would the t3's battery last in a stanby mode
without touching the unit ? (not exactly but your experiences ?)
3. what about fonts ? how to use different fonts in spreadsheets mails or docs ??
sorry for somehow stupid questions.yes i have a few more
but some answers would help a lot

bye

Hello Walter,

to answer your questions:
1. Yes, you are able to receive any filetype with a max length of 5MB. If the T3 doesnŽt recognize the format just synchronize with a PC wether per cable or BT. Many types can be opened at the device.
2. HavnŽt tried. I guess some weeks when not in the cradle and no apps/alarms running.
3. You can use the system font, some apps have their own fonts or try the shareware 'Fonts4TT'.

Good luck, Steller

Technically, Lubak's set for the T|T3 is Fonts4TC, not Fonts4TT. Don't know why it works out that way, but that happens to be the proper set.

Thank you mike to adjust this.
IŽll have a closer look at the 'Fonts4TC' manual.

The screens on the Zire 71, Tungsten E, Tungsen T2, and Tungsten T3 are similar in how they handle fonts because of the OS version they use, Palm OS 5.2.1. The original Tungsten T uses Palm OS 5.0.
