How do I make icon for AppIcon?

Can anyone please let me know how to do that. And what are the tools that I need to have?

I don't recommend the use of AppIcon on OS5. I got hard resets every time I tried either to edit or to modify icons with this app. I'm using a Sony CLIE. I've heard of RIconChanger, a shareware that can remap icons on OS5.

Oh, you're right I forgot about that. Well, with AppIcon an almost abandonware, RIconChanger Freezed and the dev of IconManager refusing to upgrade its app, we'll have to hope for someone new to do an Application Iocn editing-managing app.... not much hope :(

Thank you for your recommendation. But I do not want to edit or modify icons. I want to create them in Hires. Do you know how to? Because now I use Crystal and Noia icons for AppIcon and they are in Hires too. I cannot remember who make them.
