Troubles syncing

I have bought my new T|E 5 days ago and I have problems syncing. IN fact, sometimes it works well and sometimes the palm cannot begin the sync. It often comes back when I restart my PC but it's not exactly the quickest way to sync.

Any idea ?

Can you send me your HotSync Log? The easiest way is to right click on the HotSync icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, select View Log. Right click and select all. Right click again to copy. Then, paste and send it to me in a private message.

Before sending you anything, I'd like to be sure I understand what you mean (sorry, I am (i) not a specialist and (ii) French).

The screen you are talking about is the screen of the computer not of the handheld, right ?

In the bottom right of the screen of my PC, I have a "journal de hotsync", what I may translate in "hotsync diary". I suppose this is what you need. But, if I send it to you in French, will it be of any use for U ?
