T3 Control Bar on a T2

Is it possible to put the T3 control bar on the T2? Or is it part of OS 5.2.1?

I don't know if the OS version is the reason. The Tungsten E is 5.2.1 but does not have the status bar. It is a T3 HiRes+ screen feature.

I agree. Don't think it'd work, but even if there was a third party app to make it work, the screen would look kinda small

so u r sayin dat T3 screen resolution is not really 320 x 320 when da slider is closed but its probably 320+sumthin x 320?? due to the status/control bar???

yup it's a little longer to show the bar so it's more than 320x320
i have a t665 to compare with
so it won't work for another pda
or it will probably mess it up

But if it could be done, I'd pay quite a bit for it. This is the one thing I thought for sure they'd put on the T1 and the T2. It would really make those machines more effecient and user friendly.
