NZ90 Install Failed--The Jury is Out

I'm having difficulty installing the NZ90. I'm on my second installation disk after returning the origianal PDA. Cannot get pass InstallWizard initial steps. Running Windows 2000 on a Dell, Lattitude C610. Install hangs up only to inform me that the install failed (no details!). Thoughts?

That happened to me a couple of times, but it really didn't hang just stopped for a couple of minutes and went back to installation. Also make sure you have nothing running in the background and you have lots of available RAM
