T3 installation probs

I have been using a palm 3 for years now and when I got my new T3 yesterday I just installed the software from the CD rom and got all my data on the T3. that was great however I also got a lot of now useless apps which I now have read could be messing so of my main apps up. is there any way I can go back to square one and wipe the T3 clean so that I can start again with an installation of just my data.

TT3's hard-reset procedure is the same as all PalmOS device

Hold on power buttom and reset at the same time.
When you see the Palm logo, release the power buttom.
Then you will see the message. Press "up" to erase all data.

A clean TT3 is there for you again!

thanks that worked.. I still have probem getting the phonelink to work with my nokia 6310 blue tooth. the passkey 0000 do not work. any ideas ?
