BTW. Make sure you delete previous versions of Speedy before installing the new version.

Is this any better than other CPU enhancers like LightSpeed??

Speedy isn't really a Processor enhancer. It is actually nothing more than a Benchmark program that lets you compare performance to other PDA's.
I installed and ran in it on my T3. The speed of the T3 is claimed to be 400mhz. Real world tests (using Speedy of course) show that between 300 and 365 is closer to the truth.

Speedy's MHz readings were never right on the mark, and the faster the CPU, the further off Speedy's estimate gets. My T3 hits the same benchmark as the TC, which also has a 400MHz CPU. It's intended as a relative benchmarker.

Benchmark is another app that does the same thing. On a percent basis (only thing Benchmark does) I think it is mor accurate than Speedy.

If you want to benchmark more specific performance areas, try yCPUBench:
http://www.hotpaw.com/rhn/palm
It has separate 68k/PACE and armlet micro-benchmarks so you can compare the speedup available to native OS5 apps.

Your T3 is benchmarking the same as a T|C???? Mine isn't:(

see the patch on the front page?
I read somewhere that T3 is suppose to run only at 100mhz FSB while TC is running at 200mhz FSB which is the reason why TC is faster

Even with the patch my T3 isn't showing 400, just 380

Mine comes in consistently at 1875% now, but I had a hit at 2000% before the patch but after a no-notify reset (nothing running in the background). Haven't been able to duplicate it since, though. I don't know under what condition the Speedy benchmarks were gathered. It has the Tungsten T3 at 1531%, which would be after a power off/on without resetting before the patch.

The 375 or 380 number reported has nothing to do with actual MHz, only performance.
Both the T|C and T|T3 lose some performance to the display refresh. If you could turn the display off, Speedy might report numbers greater than 400, even though the CPU clock rate would be the same.
I prefer reporting "bogo_68k_Mhz". It allows reporting *much* higher numbers on the new OS 5 models.
