Can't we just call it VG area? It's easier. :D
And I too wish someone could do it. I know Vidge is workin' on it. :D

I think Palm don't like the name of Virtual Graffiti which used by Clie ;) On PalmOne site, they also called it as 'Active Input Area'

Keelin - what are you using for the screen capture? I have tried HRCapt and Screenshot5 and can't get a full screen :(
And yes, I'm working on skinning the VG

Vidge,
HrCapt v1.81E should work with T|T3!
Please let us know once your VG/DIA is ready :) Can't wait to see

I've tried it - it won't give me anything more than 320x320 :( Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

ScreenShot 2.1 from LinkeSoft (http://www.linkesoft.com/screenshot/download.html) works great.
Take a look (http://www.palmonecity.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=160&perpage=15&pagenumber=2)

Yes, I found this out :( Guess I'll have to buy ScreenShot, which now works well. (When I tried it a few days ago, it wouldn't capture the VG, either, but now a new version has been released.)

And you can capture the VG area? With the VG up?

No, the HrCapt can't capture the DIA(VG) area or with the DIA(VG) up

I also tested ScreenShot but it very slow if you decided to export the screen shot to card, almost 10 minutes for convertion.

I had ScrnShot previously for the Sony NX80, but it won't work on the T3. The new ScreenShot v2.1 does work fine on the T3!!!

I agree that ScreenShot5 is incredibly slow at converting files to .bmp for export. I emailed the developer, but he said he wasn't sure what he could do about it. That's a deal killer for me. I think that 10 minute estimate was about right for conversion. HRCapt saves right to .bmp in about two seconds--same SD card.

In fact I already message to HrCapt developer asking to support Tungsten T|T3 hires+ mode but not yet received the feedback :(

I tried the latest HRCapt and the latest Code Diver on my T|T3, but couldn't get it to capture more than 320x320. Some in this forum seem to have been successful, but I wasn't. So I downloaded ScreenShot5 v2.1 and its conversion/conduit Windows program and gave it a try. It is great!:D The conduit allows you to automatically move the bitmaps of captured screens when you hotsync. I captured 6 screens and did not notice any longer time being used for hotsync than normal. I looked in the folder where the conduit put my screen captures on my PC and they were all their (each about 480kb) and they were high quality files which I opened in Photoshop to verify.
So I have to say that ScreenShot is well worth the money and that it is much quicker and cleaner to get captured screens to my PC than using HRCapt and a SD card reader

I was talking about exporting the bmps directly to the SD card in ScreenShot. Hotsync is the slowest way to do anything. I use Card Export to copy large files back and forth to/from my PC quickly. I'd hate to have to Hotsync several times while writing a review just to get the screenshots.
ScreenShot is definitely a nice app, but it doesn't meet my performance requirements. HRCapt will serve my purposes until it is updated to image the graffiti area or ScreenShot's export feature improves dramatically.

I prefer the screen shot can save directly into SD card instead of RAM

Yeah, I agree it was so much easier on my NX60 with HRCapt and MS Import. However, HRCapt doesn't work well with my T3, yet. But I'm sure they will get it updated before long.
