Of course go to SD which is much faster than MMC many many times

Be aware that there are reports of corrupted cards from SanDisk and Panasonic especially cards above 256 MB. I have 2 Hagiwara cards manufactured by Toshiba with no issues so far.

I'm using a Lexar branded Panasonic card that is working great. I've not tested the speed yet.

If you can afford a T3 why not go for SD?4 times faster plus it's got a security lock!If I were you and if I had the budget I'd for a Toshiba/Panasonic chipset SD card,512MB ;)

Form the various feedback, suggest you should consider Panasonic (Panasonic, Lexar) or Toshiba (Toshiba, Hagiwara) which made in Japan as 1st priority
